Job Summary

As Food and Beverage Outlet Manager, you are responsible for the Improvement of Guest satisfaction and optimizing revenue and the work sequences, observing the sales strategies and standards.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards

• Responsible for the overall operation of the outlets from Planning to controlling various functions and activities within the outlet and responsible for the service sequence
• Draw up work and holiday schedules taking account of the work to be done and personnel costs, in order to ensure an efficient service sequence as well as profitability.
• Responsible for cleanliness, tidiness and the service-standards
• Monitor the proper ordering of all goods required and their storage under clean and correct conditions
• Obtain information daily on the occupancy of the hotel and the activities in the hotel
• Planning and implementing events and promotions in the outlets
• Efficient handling of guests’ complaints and their follow up
• Increase sales figures by new sales channels by motivating and training service Team Members
• Decide, together with the HR Manager, on the assignment of Team Members and take over various training
• Supervise and monitor the external appearance and grooming of Team Members.
• Hold monthly Training and Communication Meetings, so that all Team Members participate in a meeting at least once a month

Job Summary 

As Food and Beverage Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising operations of Food and Beverage Outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

A Food and Beverage Supervisor will also be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental/outlet targets are achieved.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations,

Communicate and delegate tasks to the team,

Ensure compliance of brand standards,

Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner,

Represent needs of the team,

Assist Food and Beverage Outlet Managers with achieving financial targets,

Assist Food and Beverage Outlet Managers with training and development of team members,

Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility,

Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation, be environmentally aware

Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

HOSEA Wellness is seeking a qualified, experienced, and service-oriented Wellness Director to lead and oversee both Spa and Gym operations. The successful candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, efficient daily operations, strong team performance, revenue growth, and compliance with wellness, hygiene, safety, and service standards.

1. Key Responsibilities

A. Strategic Leadership and Operations

• Provide overall leadership and direction for both Spa and Gym operations.
• Develop and implement departmental plans, budgets, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure smooth daily operations and consistent delivery of high-quality wellness services.
• Monitor departmental performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

B. Spa Management

• Oversee massage, Moroccan bath, therapy, reception, and related spa services.
• Ensure professional treatment delivery, guest satisfaction, and high standards of hygiene and privacy.
• Monitor therapist performance, appointment scheduling, service quality, and treatment room readiness.
• Develop spa packages, promotions, and service improvements to increase revenue.

C. Gym and Fitness Management

• Oversee gym operations, fitness services, equipment availability, and facility cleanliness.
• Ensure safe and proper use of gym equipment and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Supervise fitness personnel and ensure professional support for gym members.
• Promote membership growth, retention, fitness packages, and customer engagement.

D. Human Resource and Team Management

• Lead, supervise, coach, and evaluate Spa and Gym employees.
• Identify training needs and organize service, technical, and professional development programs.
• Establish performance targets and promote teamwork, accountability, discipline, and professionalism.
• Coordinate with Human Resources on recruitment, attendance, performance management, and employee development.

E. Financial and Business Performance

• Prepare and manage departmental budgets and operational expenses.
• Monitor revenue, costs, productivity, membership performance, and service profitability.
• Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
• Prepare regular operational and financial performance reports for management.

F. Guest Experience and Quality Assurance

• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the guest journey.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and professional conduct.
• Build a welcoming, relaxing, and results-oriented wellness environment.
