AradaJobs is a job marketplace operating at aradajobs.com. We allow employers to post job vacancies and job seekers to search for and apply to those vacancies. We are a platform, not a recruitment agency, and we are not a party to any employment relationship that results from a posting.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may sign in with Google or Telegram; the identifiers those providers share with us are handled as described in our privacy policy.
Employers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their postings and for complying with Ethiopian labor law in relation to applicants. We may review, edit, or remove postings that are inaccurate, misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful. Postings expire automatically if not filled.
You agree not to scrape the site, misrepresent your identity and affiliation, spam other users, post content you don't have rights to, or use the platform for anything other than genuine hiring and job seeking.
Posting jobs on AradaJobs is currently free for all employers. If we introduce paid services in the future, we will state the fees clearly before any charge applies.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that listings are complete, current, or accurate, nor any particular outcome from using the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AradaJobs and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
