AradaJobs ("we", "us") is a job marketplace connecting job seekers with employers in Ethiopia. We operate the website aradajobs.com. We are an independent operator based in Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia.

Account information. When you register, we store your name, email address, and — for Telegram sign-in — the Telegram account identifiers you choose to link. Passwords are stored only as hashes.

Profile information. Information you add to your seeker or employer profile, such as skills, experience, CV content, company details, and the documents you upload for company verification.

Application information. The details you submit when applying to a job, which are shared with the employer who posted it.

Usage data. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and privacy-respecting analytics via Umami, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used.

We use Google AdSense to display advertising on this site. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings, though blocking all cookies may affect site features such as staying signed in.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• Employers: your application materials, profile, and CV are shared with the employer you apply to — this is the purpose of the platform.
• Service providers: hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers that process data on our behalf.
• Advertising: Google AdSense, as described above.
• Legal: where required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

• You can edit or remove profile information at any time from your settings.
• You can unsubscribe from job alerts from your alerts page or any alert email.
• You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by emailing support@aradajobs.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We retain account and application data while your account is active. We apply industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls) to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

AradaJobs is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
