We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to strengthen our sales presence and grow market share.

Job Summery

The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets by developing and maintaining customer relationships, executing sales routes, promoting DAFP products, collecting market intelligence, and ensuring timely order placement, delivery coordination, and feedback to the sales and factory teams. The role is predominantly field-based and requires strong customer focus, discipline, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume and value targets for the assigned territory.
Plan and execute sales routes; visit outlets, farms, distributors, bakeries, and other customers as per schedule.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify and develop new customers.
Promote DAFP product range; communicate product benefits, pricing, and promotions accurately.
Collect and report customer orders; coordinate with Sales Coordinator, Warehouse, Fleet, and Finance for order confirmation, loading, and delivery.
Monitor competitor activity, market prices, and customer feedback; report regularly to the Regional Sales Coordinator / Sales Manager.
Ensure proper handling of product quality feedback and support timely resolution of customer complaints and defect returns in line with company procedure.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports, route reports, and any other reports required by management.
Support collection of receivables where assigned, and work within company credit and payment policies.
Represent the company professionally in the field and comply with all company policies, safety rules, and code of conduct.
Participate in sales meetings, product orientation, and training as required.
