Position: Lab Chemist
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality-control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Prepare samples and solutions and operate laboratory instruments according to procedures.
- Record test results accurately and report results that fall outside specifications.
- Support product consistency by checking relevant chemical and physical properties.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, equipment condition, and chemical storage records.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
