- Position Title: Head of Quality Control
- Location: Kazanchis (In front of Urael Church), AB Zone Building, 8th Floor, Office Number 101, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Working Days & Hours: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), Standard full-time office hours
- Basic Salary: ETB 30,000
- Commission / Performance Bonus: Performance-based incentives tied to team deployment speed and quality metrics
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Head of Quality Control to lead our quality assurance and deployment operations. In this executive supervisory role, you will oversee a team of Quality Control Officers, streamline deployment workflows, ensure strict compliance with company policies, and drive overall operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS
- Team Leadership & Oversight: Supervise, train, and mentor the Quality Control team to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Candidate Follow-Up & Compliance: Oversee the post-selection process, ensuring that team members promptly contact each selected candidate, clearly explain required documentation, and guide them to fulfill requirements as soon as possible per company policy.
- Deployment Acceleration: Streamline processing timelines, eliminate bottlenecks, and aggressively accelerate deployment speeds for selected candidates.
- Quality Audits: Monitor, evaluate, and audit service delivery and agency operations to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations.
- Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and client/candidate satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate digital tracking systems and report key performance metrics, deployment milestones, and quality audits to senior management.
