We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Skills Development and Employment Linkage Specialist to support the planning, coordination and delivery of skills training, employer engagement, job placement and post-placement support. Applicants should demonstrate expertise in one or more of the areas below. Selected candidates will be assigned responsibilities matching their qualifications, experience and availability, based on CONSOL’s operational and project needs.
