Mulu Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing PLC, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company whose manufacturing facility is under implementation and nearing completion, invites qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions:
1. HR MANAGER

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and manage HR activities in line with the Company's organizational and operational requirements.
- Coordinate manpower planning, recruitment, selection and onboarding.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, performance management and employee-relations systems.
- Coordinate employee training and competency development, including GMP-related training in collaboration with QA and relevant departments.
- Ensure proper personnel administration and compliance with applicable labour laws and Company policies.
- Supervise personnel administration and general service activities.
- Prepare and monitor annual and periodic HR plans, budgets and reports.
- Provide HR advice to management and perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- Handles other duties assigned by immediate supervisor
