Coordinate the development, implementation, and monitoring of the employee performance management system.
Assist departments and work units in preparing performance plans, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals.
Provide guidance to employees and supervisors on performance planning, monitoring, evaluation, and feedback processes.
Monitor the implementation of performance agreements and ensure timely completion of performance appraisals.
Identify employee training and development needs based on performance evaluation results, competency gaps, and organizational requirements.
Participate in the preparation and implementation of annual and periodic employee training and development plans.
Coordinate training programs, workshops, coaching, mentoring, and other capacity-building activities.
