- Eco Green is transforming from an innovative Ethiopian organic fertilizer company into a scalable, technology-driven and internationally positioned agriculture business.
- We are looking for an exceptional Head of Finance & Strategic Financial Management—not a conventional Finance Manager or accountant.
- This role requires a finance leader who can connect finance, strategy, growth, ERP, operations, commercial performance, cash flow and investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IFRS-based financial management, reporting, controls and audit readiness.
- Build Above 5 years financial models, growth forecasts and scenario plans.
- Develop reliable 12-month rolling forecasts for revenue, profit, cash flow and working capital.
- Establish strong product, customer, channel and unit-level profitability analysis.
- Lead cash-flow, liquidity, receivables, inventory and working-capital management.
- Turn ERP into a reliable management-information and decision-making system.
- Develop CEO-level financial dashboards and business-performance analysis.
- Evaluate CAPEX, expansion, financing and investment decisions using sound financial modelling.
- Lead budgeting, cost management, variance analysis and financial risk management.
- Build a high-performance finance team with strong accountability and analytical capability.
- Act as a strategic financial adviser to the CEO and management, challenging assumptions with facts and numbers.
