The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies, handling the high-level, day-to-day operations of a company and guides the general strategy to improve the overall business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Reports to: Board of directors, CEO, or regional executives.
- Supervises: Department managers, supervisors, and operations teams.
- Primary goal: Improve efficiency, cut waste, maximize revenue, and ensure smooth structural function
- Operations oversight: Manage day-to-day functions across multiple departments.
- Financial management: Build and track budgets, control costs, and analyze performance reports.
- Team leadership: Hire, train, motivate, and review department managers and staff.
- Strategy execution: Turn high-level company goals into practical daily tasks and policies.
- Problem solving: Fix operational bottlenecks, settle worker conflicts, and handle major client concerns.
- Improving internal processes for better productivity.
- Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports.
- Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of a location or business unit.
- Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the company.
- Develop and implement business strategies, annual plans, and operational objectives.
