Central Hills Real Estate Development is looking for a creative, skilled and detail-oriented Hybrid Videographer & Video Editor to produce high-quality visual content for our real estate projects and digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable operating cameras and other filming equipment, editing professional videos, and creating engaging content that showcases our properties, lifestyle and brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Film property tours, construction progress, promotional videos, interviews and corporate content.
- Create cinematic real estate videos that communicate a premium lifestyle and showcase property features.
- Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and YouTube.
- Produce promotional advertisements, project presentations and branded video content.
- Handle color grading, sound design, transitions, subtitles and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to plan and execute content ideas.
- Organize video footage, maintain equipment and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Stay updated on video production techniques, editing trends and social media formats.
- Assist with photography and drone filming when qualified and appropriately authorized.
