POSITION OVERVIEW

Joining our team as a Junior Graphic Designer, you will bring ACE Advisors’ work to life through clear, compelling visual content. You will develop designs for our social media channels, websites, reports, presentations, and events, support the rollout of our social media plan, and help keep our brand consistent across every platform. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design high-quality visual content for social media, the company website, newsletters, reports, infographics, presentations, and event materials.
• Support the development and execution of the company’s social media plan, including preparing the monthly content calendar and planning, creating, and scheduling posts.
• Develop engaging content in collaboration with the team, including short captions, photo editing, short videos, and simple motion graphics.
• Design and format client-facing deliverables such as reports, proposals, pitch decks, and data visualizations in line with ACE Advisors’ brand guidelines.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and create and update branded templates and the company’s design asset library.
• Monitor social media engagement and performance metrics and prepare simple monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Support coverage of company events, workshops, and project activities through photography, videography, and live social media posting.
• Support the team with day-to-day IT and digital needs as they arise, such as website updates, basic troubleshooting, equipment set-up, and managing online tools.
