Job Title:                 Senior Digital and Fund Administration Officer

Reports to:      Digital and fund Administration division manager

Location:         Head Office, Addis Ababa

1. Job Summary

Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Senior Digital & Fund Administration Officer participates in planning and directing branch monitoring and evaluation activities of the company; assists in the development of customer service strategies and customer service management support system; develops and implements effective monitoring and evaluation tools for  reviewing and evaluating  operational activities of branches  and to improve accountability of branch operation; consolidate and analyzes periodic plan and performance reports of branches; evaluates and rates the relative contributions of the branches to the performance of the Company by the branch grading and classification guideline in place.

1. Specific Duties and Responsibilities
2. 1. Achieving the team's critical target of the digital Banking division.
   2. Ensure accessibility through super-agent recruitment and activation
   3. Ensure accessibility through super-agent recruitment and activation
   4. Follow up the Agent life cycle (from the recruitment stage to activation) of agents and super agents and initiate revision on demanded changes’
   5. Review and submit performance reports, campaigns, guidelines, proposals, assessments and other pertinent document for approval
   6. Oversee fund administration processes, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.
   7. Implement and manage digital financial tools and platforms.
   8. Monitor fund performance and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
   9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
   10. Collaborate with finance and IT teams to enhance digital fund management capabilities.
   11. Manage relationships with external fund administrators, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
   12. Develop financial reports and presentations for senior management.
   13. Streamline administrative procedures to improve operational efficiency.
   14. Support budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
   15. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital finance technologies.
