Job Purpose:- Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee beverages, manage the café counter, and deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Gleey showroom’s premium brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, cold brews, and signature beverages.
- Operate professional coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area at all times.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables.
- Ensure Bale Mountain Coffee branding and product standards are consistently upheld.
- Engage customers with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Support showroom events and customer hospitality activities.
- Coordinate with the Gleey showroom manager for daily operational needs.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in accordance with company policy.
