Job Summary:
Responsible for handling maintenance and troubleshooting of RDF plant machinery and equipment in his/her respective shift to ensure smooth operation. Solve technical
problems that affect production by following maintenance procedures and standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance according to approved schedules.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical faults in recycling equipment.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize production interruptions.
- Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to immediate subordinates
- Covers shifts or works for extended hours whenever there exists shortage of manpower
- Ensure all health, safety, environmental and quality management procedures are followed during performing maintenance activities.
- Support production teams in the safe and efficient operation of recycling machinery.
- Assist in installation, relocation, and commissioning of machinery and equipment.
