Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to expand market share in the bakery and food ingredients sector.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of sales officers, supervisors, and field representatives to ensure company targets are consistently met.
- B2B & Key Account Management: Build and maintain high-level professional relationships with corporate clients, large-scale commercial bakeries, and key distributors.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and demand shifts to formulate competitive pricing structures and promotional campaigns.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Design the division's annual budget, project quarterly revenue goals, and oversee the cost-effective allocation of marketing resources.
- Performance Reporting: Compile, analyze, and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to senior executive management.
