About the Role

Sunrise Real Estate is looking for a reliable, organized Tenant Maintenance Coordinator to be the main point of contact between our Arabic-speaking tenants and our maintenance teams. Many of our tenants do not speak English or Arabic so this role is built around clear, respectful communication in Arabic. You will visit our properties, assess reported damage, handle tenant calls, and make sure repairs are scheduled and completed quickly. The work is fast-paced, with new tasks every day. 

You will be responsible for handling requests made by tenants such as change in light bulb, water pump being broken, drainage issues, anything related with home maintenance and construction. You will be introduced to the Engineers on site and all the maintenance handymen and your job is to coordinate and fix a good time to enter the property. The tenants are very strict so you must be very professional in your approach. 

This is a temporary position so we can see your performance firsthand. Strong performers will be considered for a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Visit properties to inspect and document reported damage and maintenance issues
• Answer tenant calls and messages promptly and professionally in Arabic
• Complete multiple maintenance request forms and reports accurately each day
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with repair workers and contractors
• Keep tenants updated on the status of their requests
• Follow up to confirm repairs are finished and tenants are satisfied
• Report urgent issues and ongoing work to the office team
