Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate aftersales service operations to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, repair, and servicing activities to ensure compliance with technical standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing service-related inquiries, complaints, and technical concerns.
- Coordinate spare parts availability and utilization to support service operations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to service technicians and other relevant personnel.
