POSITION OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Cashier handles financial transactions, cash management, and financial record-keeping at the Sodo Regional Office. Key duties include:

• Safely managing, disbursing, and reconciling petty cash and daily cash drawers.
• Processing payments, issuing official receipts, and maintaining transaction logs.
• Recording financial transactions, organizing files, and performing reconciliations.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and donor guidelines.
• Supporting audit preparation and assisting the regional finance team as needed.
