Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing fintech company. The successful candidate will promote digital financial products and services, acquire new customers and merchants, build strong client relationships, and meet sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive sales approach, and an interest in technology and digital financial services. This role requires direct customer engagement, field visits, lead generation, and consistent follow-up to drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers and merchants to promote the company's digital financial products and services.
Generate leads, conduct sales visits, and convert prospects into active customers.
Explain product features, benefits, and usage to prospective and existing customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, merchants, and business partners.
Achieve assigned sales targets, merchant acquisition goals, and revenue objectives.
Support customer onboarding, registration, activation, and product adoption.
Follow up with prospects and existing customers to improve conversion, retention, and satisfaction.
Identify customer needs, address concerns, handle objections, and recommend suitable solutions.
Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and identify new sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, leads, and performance.
Prepare and submit timely sales reports, providing updates on targets, achievements, challenges, and market opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and improve sales performance.
