The Role
We’re looking for a driven Sales and Marketing Representative to win new clients, strengthen existing relationships, and promote our services in the market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new business prospects such as importers, exporters, manufacturers, and traders
- Present and sell our freight and logistics services, and prepare quotations and proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Follow up on leads and negotiate rates and contracts
- Work with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Plan and carry out marketing activities, including social media, brochures, networking events, and email outreach
- Track market trends and competitor activity
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on progress
