Job Purpose
- To oversee the strategic development and implementation of best-practice HR Business Partnering and efficient employee services to the Support Function, and to deepen stakeholder trust and implement HR processes and solutions to meet the needs of the Support Function
- To support the Human Resource Director to achieve the HR strategic objectives as they relate to the Support Function. Provide professional advice and deliver effective HR policies, practices and services that ensure that all employees in the Support Function embrace the Company’s culture and are appropriately remunerated, trained, developed and informed to achieve the short-, medium- and long-term objectives of the Company.
