PCM Digitally Enabled Customer Support Service is expanding its sales team in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We are looking for confident, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Agents with strong English communication skills and relevant sales experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products and services.
- Build rapport, identify customer needs, and communicate product benefits effectively.
- Convert prospects into customers using professional sales and persuasion techniques.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns confidently.
- Follow up with interested prospects to maximize sales conversions.
- Manage assigned leads and maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance expectations.
- Follow approved sales scripts, company procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in coaching sessions and performance reviews to improve sales results.
- Work closely with Team Leaders and colleagues to achieve individual and team targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Grade 12 completion or above.
- Fluent English is mandatory. Candidates must communicate confidently and professionally in spoken English.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, call centers, telesales, customer acquisition, or business development.
- Strong communication, listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and handling customer objections.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to work with CRM systems.
- Strong follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-discipline, resilience, professionalism, and accountability for results.
Arabic-speaking ability is an advantage but is not mandatory.

- Monthly gross salary: ETB 20,000 before deductions.
