To strengthen our HR team farm we are looking for 1 Human Resource (HR) Generalist.

The role involves conducting monthly market and inflation assessments and maintaining accurate, up to date databases for both cash and in kind benefits, including FPC subsidies. The position is responsible for analyzing HRIS data and delivering visual reports that highlight key trends in compensation and benefits. It also requires performing cost analyses to support effective and efficient decision making, as well as managing complex datasets to generate actionable business insights.
