 Job Overview

Lalo Bake Business Unit is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Budget and Cost Control Officer for our non-alcoholic hotel, upscale café, and bakery kitchen operations in Lebu. The successful candidate will play a critical role in monitoring operational expenditures, managing departmental budgets, analyzing food and pastry production costs, and implementing financial control strategies to minimize waste and optimize company profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Analysis: Monitor and analyze food, beverage, and raw material costs against standard recipes and production yields.
• Budget Tracking: Assist in preparing annual operating budgets and perform monthly variance analysis of actual vs. budgeted expenses.
• Inventory Control: Conduct routine stock audits, verify waste logs, and cross-check kitchen inventory reports.
• Pricing & Profitability: Review menu and pastry item pricing structures to ensure target gross profit margins are met.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare regular cost control reports, variance updates, and cost-saving recommendations for management.
