To strengthen our marketing and communication efforts, we are seeking a qualified and motivated Social Media Marketing Officer to join our team.

Job Summary

The Social Media Officer will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s presence across social media platforms. The role involves creating and engaging content, coordinating online campaigns, monitoring performance, and contributing to the overall digital marketing strategy.

The position will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and brand presence. It requires creativity, analytical ability, and a strong understanding of digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, and short videos.
• Manage, update and grow the company’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor audience engagement, analyze insights, and prepare performance reports.
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote campaigns and events.
• Stay informed on current social media trends and best practices.
• Conduct market research and analyze digital marketing performance metrics.
• Coordinate with the sales and design teams to create digital promotional content.
• Improve search engine optimization rankings and online visibility of the company’s brand.
• Prepare monthly digital marketing reports and performance analyses.
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
