Handle all accounting treatments from coding up to preparation of statements for further review by the Division Manager.
Codify or check coding of any data entries to be transferred from Treasury and Investment Division.
Raise journal vouchers at the time of arrival and make ready for further treatment.
Handle postings to the general ledger and sub-ledgers timely and properly.
Undertake annual Fixed Asset inventory count with Property Administration Division.
Ensure that sales revenue from IBOs is collected and summarize same quarterly.
Participate in tasks of financial analysis whereby to release statements/information for decision making.
Work out depreciation of fixed assets as per the pre-determined schedule.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
