Dream Orthopedics, Trauma and Spine Center are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated a Healthcare senior Accountant. The ideal candidate should hold a BA Degree in accounting with minimum (05) year or more of relevant work experience.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Health Officer (HO) with 1-year and above work Experience. Previous experience, particularly in healthcare settings, will be an added advantage.”

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality assessments.
• Ensure compliance with company quality policies, procedures, and applicable standards.
• Identify quality issues, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain quality-related reports, records, and documentation.
• Investigate customer complaints and quality-related incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow up on their implementation.
• Support internal and external quality audits.
• Conduct quality awareness and training activities for employees where required.
• Monitor processes and performance indicators to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
• Work closely with different departments to resolve quality problems and improve processes.
