Lyte is a fast-growing hydration brand on a mission to build one of the country's most loved consumer brands. We are looking for a creative, driven, and results-oriented Brand & Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and increase brand awareness across Ethiopia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Lyte's overall marketing and brand strategy.
- Manage all digital creation activities.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, TV, radio, PR, outdoor, and in-store channels.
- Build relationships with influencers, media, retailers, and strategic partners.
- Plan and manage events, activations, sponsorships, product sampling, and other BTL marketing activities.
- Drive brand positioning, community engagement, and consumer awareness.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve product visibility, merchandising, and retail execution.
- Track marketing performance and continuously identify opportunities for growth.
