JOB SUMMARY
To safely operate plant and equipment, monitor and control the process to produce a consistent product of the right quality at optimum cost. Ensure all filtration operational and quality KPI’s are met during the shift they are allocated. In addition, they are responsible for all cleaning and autonomous maintenance tasks for their respective machines and areas allocated to them. To ensure continuous improvement on costs management, product quality, delivery and safety.
Key Responsibility
- Follow Matured beer transfer from CCT to unfiltered beer tank
- Monitor Beer Filtration, flow rate and efficiency
- Follow Beer stabilization with PVPP
- Timely connect and send Bright beer to packaging line
- Control Carbo blender and CO2 consumption.
- Make up caramel and Iso-hop on additive dosing station based on proper Calculation if need.
- Follow BBT filling, DO2, and Top pressures, temperature and other Parameters
- Follow DEGASSER and DAW unit operation.
- Monitor beer loss and oxygen pick up.
- Clean and foam all filtration area based on cleaning schedule
- Keep all the required BBT parameters during filtration.
- Prepare de-aerated water and blend with HGB beer with the required std.
- Monitor process water distribution/disinfection and DAW plant.
- Follow make up of CIP chemicals if the concentration below the required value
- Perform & Follow CIP of BBFX, UBT, FBT, DAW, BBT, MBX DAW tanks, packaging line etc.
- Confirm Acid, Caustic and disinfectant make up for CIP of your respected areas.
- Efficiently and properly utilize chemicals, raw materials, PPE and all utilities, proper recording of inputs
- Work in collaboration with all brewing, Quality, packaging and engineering staff
- Perform all process activities based on Company's SOP
- Take preventive action to prevent equipment from being damaged.
- Perform minor Autonomous Maintenance
- Follow the performance of production machinery and the cleanliness of production area. If there is any defect, he/she inform to his/her immediate supervisor.
- Assist Mechanic and Electrician during breakdown Maintenance
- Record all shift activities, chemical and raw material usage and laboratory results in appropriate format and log book
- Perform other duties given to him/her by his/her immediate supervisor
