Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Greet customer in a friendly manner listen to their needs, and recommend daily specials.
- Accurately take food and juice orders, clearly communicate them to kitchen and ensure timely delivery to the right customer,
- Work closely and communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Follow up customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to improve marketing and sales strategies
- Achieve monthly assigned sales targets, prepare daily and monthly sales reports
