We built AradaJobs because finding work in Ethiopia happens mostly through word of mouth and scattered Telegram groups. We put vacancies, companies, and candidates in one place, add job alerts so seekers don't miss openings, and let employers manage their whole hiring pipeline from one dashboard.
The platform is built and run by an independent operator based in Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia, working with employers and job seekers in cities across the country.
